In an emotional Instagram post, the Shark Tank star revealed that she lost her precious Tahitian terrace mobile home devastating LA fires. Reflecting on the same, the Shark Tank investor wrote an emotional caption that how ‘so much’ has been taken ‘from so many this week.’ Her cherished Tahitian Terrace Mobile Home Park burned down on January 7.
Barbara Gets Emotional About Her LA Abode
Adding further, an emotional Barbara said that she had been ‘privileged’ to have her abode in a ‘loving, tight-knit community’ for almost five years. The Pacific Palisades locality was a ‘place where kindness thrives, friendships are cherished, and neighbors became family’ for the Shark Tank star.
Barbara Corcoran also demonstrated her empathetic side to her followers through the Instagram post. She said that her heart broke on seeing how so many ‘incredible people’ who had ‘built their lives’ and seniors who had ‘poured their hearts and life-savings into their trailers’ were left with absolutely nothing.

Barbara Corcoran’s Initiative for LA Fire Victims
In the same post, the Shark investor also shared a piece of crucial information about her initiative to help those affected by the LA wildfires. Barbara Corcoran revealed that she had set up a GoFundMe and added its link to her Instagram bio.
Claiming to help the wildfire victims, Barbara said that a dedicated tenant group would distribute the funds raised through her initiative. They would ensure to assist people in covering their immediate essential needs, including food, shelter, and clothing.
Barbara Corcoran ended her social media post by showing her love for the affected and displaced. The Shark investor also expressed her gratitude for the ‘brave first responders’ who are ‘working tirelessly’ to ensure everyone’s safety.
