Shark Tank has evolved as a global sensation based on not only the thrilling deals but also due to the bond shared among the Shark investors. Out of all the investors on the show, audiences have particularly loved the frequent banter between Barbara Corcoran and Kevin O’Leary.
But the best part is that this relationship goes beyond Shark Tank. The Sharks often get together on their social media handles to give the viewers a glimpse of the bond they share. In the latest Instagram post shared by Barbara Corcoran, her followers got to see a fun Q&A between her and Kevin.
Which Shark Investor Is A Cheapskate: Barbara Corcoran Reveals
Barbara Corcoran is admired by her followers for her honest and fun side as reflected through her Instagram photos and reels. Keeping up with this, the Shark investor recently shared a clip of her Q&A with fellow Shark Kevin O’Leary. All the comments under the post showed how much the audience loved their interaction.
In the shared reel, Kevin asked Barbara, ‘Which Shark is reluctant to pick up the check?’ Replying to him, the real estate queen sarcastically said, ‘Who do you think that is, Kevin?’ Realizing how she meant to take his name, Kevin rejected her statement. But Barbara reiterated, ‘It’s always you.’
She further continued and funnily remarked how he had never bought her dinner. Kevin again denied her claims and said that he buys dinner every night. Their banter continued when Barbara said she did not remember him buying dinner for her.
Kevin responded saying that it was because she never appeared for dinner after 6 at night. Barbara reacted strongly, saying she did appear on occasion. ‘But do you remember the time you invited me to give your daughter over dinner some good, sage real estate advice?’
The two then carried on their funny conversation, and Barbara Corcoran told Kevin, ‘You made me pay.’ He responded by saying, ‘I won’t pay for you.’ Reacting to his statement, Barbara said, ‘You’re the cheapest guy.’
Kevin O’Leary’s Revelation
While reacting to Barbara’s ‘cheapest guy’ comment, in a fun discussion, Kevin O’Leary revealed that he buys her a room each year. This is why she comes on Shark Tank every season. Barbara could not control her laugh and said, ‘I knew that was gonna come up.’
The clip ended with Kevin O’Leary noting that, ‘I can’t help myself. It’s such a winner.’

Barbara And Kevin’s Shark Tank Moments
Kevin and Barbara’s conversations on Shark Tank have always been a topic of discussion among viewers. Over the years, their ‘love and hate’ relationship on the show has delivered countless entertaining Shark Tank episodes. Below are some pitches that presented the same:
1. KissTixx
The entrepreneur duo of Dallas Robinson and Mike Buonomo appeared before the Shark investors with KissTixx. Seeking $200K for 20% equity, the duo explained that their lip balms had complimentary flavors. If combined through a kiss between two people, they offered a new flavor.
While Mark Cuban locked the deal for $200K at 40% equity, the episode highlight was a kiss between Kevin O’Leary and Barbara Corcoran. The two of them kissed while trying out the KissTixx sample, which made the fellow Sharks laugh out loud. The pitch, too, offered a classic Shark Tank moment.
2. Bohana
Aspiring entrepreneur Nadine Habayeb approached the Shark Tank judges with Bohana, a delicious snack made from popped water lily seeds. Nadine tried to win over the judges by seeking $200K for 10% equity in a well-prepared pitch. But Barbara and Kevin’s bidding battle stole the show.
Barbara Corcoran offered the first deal at $200K for 30% equity. On hearing this, Kevin called her ‘greedy’ and said that based on Bohana’s early stage, she would still be a good partner. Barbara responded, saying, ‘I don’t need you as my salesman.’ Kevin then got competitive and proposed his deal.
To ‘mess’ with Barbara, Mr.Wonderful said he was offering the deal as he hated ‘greed.’ His offer was $200K as a loan at 9% interest, which would continue over three years in return for 8% equity. Ultimately, Nadine took Kevin’s deal.
