Nick Baker seeks an investment in The Dadware Bondaroo, his “kagaroo shirt” for men that promotes skin to skin bonding with infants. Schuyler Ellers makes a splash with Lord Von Schmitt, his wild clothing line that uses re-purposed afghans as its raw material. Husband and wife team Colt and Stacy Hall introduce Potty Safe, their patented, made in the USA, lockable potty training chair that prevents unwanted spills. Which business(es) will leave with a Shark as a partner?

In tonight’s update segment, the Sharks address the Covid-19 pandemic. They’ll offer advice for entrepreneurs and “regular folks” on how to handle finances and other challenges facing businesses as the world comes out of a two month lock-down. Mark Cuban has been very vocal and encouraging in a variety of media outlets throughout the crisis; now we’ll hear from the other Sharks too.

The Shark Tank Episode 1109 entrepreneurs will make their best pitch to the panel of five Shark investors who will use their own money if they choose to invest. The Shark Investors negotiate on the spot without any previous information, which differs from typical negotiations between venture capital investors and entrepreneurial start-ups.

A father from North Hollywood, California, showcases his clothing design which helps to comfortably bring dads and their babies closer together, while a husband and wife from Exeter, Missouri, have a solution to one of childhood’s messiest milestones, on “Shark Tank,” FRIDAY, MAY 8 (8:00-9:01 p.m. EDT), on ABC. (TV-PG) Episodes can also be viewed the next day on demand and on Hulu.

In a special “Shark Tank” update, the Sharks give advice to entrepreneurs and everyday people on how they can cope through the financial fallout of the Coronavirus pandemic.
