Mark, Lori, Daymond, Kevin and Robert are on the panel for Shark Tank episode 1209. They’ll evaluate four businesses seeking to get a boost from a Shark’s cash and business mentorship.
Husband and wife team Andrea Meggiato and Michelle Jiminez-Meggiato give the Sharks a taste of The Pizza Cupcake, their mini pizzas that took New York by storm. Professional surfer Nic Lamb wants the Sharks to chill with IceBeanie, his headwear that uses cold compression to cure migraines. Wen Muenyi wants a partner for his Jax Sheets for Men, silk-like sheets made from bamboo fiber and silver. Patrick Parizo and Armand Ferranti want a Shark to “go topless” and invest in Draft Top, a tool that removes the top of aluminum cans and turns them into drinking “glasses.” Which company gets a deal tonight?
In season 11, Barbara offered David Sodemann and Brett Ellenson $300,000 (half of which was a loan) for 10% of Boho, their custom camper van business. Unfortunately, their episode aired on March 20, 2020 – the date most of the USA went into months long pandemic related lockdowns. Tonight we’ll see how this business fared since then.
There are 22 Shark Tank Episodes for Season 12. This season features more appearances by “guest Sharks,” including two returning guest Sharks: Alex Rodriguez and Daniel Lubetzky. In addition, two new guest Sharks will appear throughout season 12: Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS Shoes and MadeFor and Kendra Scott, founder of Kendra Scott, LLC, a fashion company she started in her spare bedroom in 2002 with $500.
