Shark Tank Season 10 Episode 6: RewardStock, Wisp & More

episode 1006Billionaire Sara Blakely returns as a Guest Shark in episode 1006. Tonight’s episode features a Sharkette majority with Barbara and Lori joining Mark and Kevin on the panel. This is the first time in the history of the show the women outnumber the men on the panel.

Four new businesses vie for investments in the hopes of growing their business. Jonathan Hayes from Raleigh, NC hopes for a deal with RewardStock, a travel rewards points comparison tool that’s a “stock market” for airline miles. Inventor Eben Dobson sweeps into the Tank with The Wisp, a revolutionary broom/dustpan combo with features no other broom in the world has. Morgan and Arley Sarner present the Handbag Raincoat, a universal “raincoat” for expensive handbags. Kate Field pitches The Kombucha Shop, her business that sells brewing supplies for kombucha, an ancient Chinese fermented tea.

Tonight’s update segment features Tanglepets. In season nine, Lori offered $75,000 for fifty percent of the business. At the time, entrepreneur Liz Martin hadn’t produced any product, but Lori liked her spunk. We’ll see what Lori did to help get this business going.

There are 28 Shark Tank Episodes for Season 10. This season features more appearances by “guest Sharks,” including billionaire Jamie Siminoff. The 200th episode also airs this season. Episode 1006 – The Shark Investors and Entrepreneurs

The Shark Tank Episode 1006 entrepreneurs will make their best pitch to the panel of five Shark investors who will use their own money if they choose to invest. The Shark Investors negotiate on the spot without any previous information, which differs from typical negotiations between venture capital investors and entrepreneurial start-ups.

In a “Shark Tank” update, Liz Martin from La Center, Washington, updates her investor, Lori Greiner, on Tanglepets, a hairbrush with a soft plush animal cover for kids.

The Sharks in this episode are Mark Cuban, Kevin O’Leary, Lori Greiner, Barbara Corcoran and Guest Shark Sara Blakely.
