Daymond, hoping you can help resolve issues with Heart Pup. They took our money the day we placed our orders but are not providing the products. We’ve heard every excuse possible. I just want the item I purchased! It will be 3 months on the 23rd since I placed my order and they charged my credit card. They have threatened me with libel when I brought up my concern over the number of complaints I have seen on the internet. I’m sure you are probably regretting your investment in this company by now- I would be. I would appreciate any help you can give me with getting the product I ordered and paid for sent to me. I believe my order # is 2220.

  2. I ordered from Heartpup on February 5th and to date have heard nothing from them. I received a confirmation email regarding my order and nothing since. I have emailed and called and left messages with no reply. Please look into this very poor customer service. I was so excited about receiving this product, but I would never order from them again, or recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed!!
