Also, an update on Ryan “Cowboy” Ehmann from Mead, CO and his Lose 12 Inches workout program that teaches people how to exercise in their heart rate zone, in which Daymond John invested in during Season Four, on “Shark Tank,” FRIDAY, MARCH 11 (9:00–10:01 p.m. EST) on the ABC Television Network.
